PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Martin joined the firm in 2012, specializing in labor and employment law, primarily representing education employees and labor organizations in state and administrative forums.

Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Martin served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Second Judicial Circuit.  During his time at the State Attorney’s Office he prosecuted a wide variety of crimes, ranging from misdemeanors to first degree homicides and conducted numerous criminal jury trials.
