PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Tony joined Meyer and Brooks, P.A. in 1993, specializing in labor and employment law, primarily representing education employees and labor organizations in a broad spectrum of state and federal trial, appellate and administrative cases.

Tony’s prior experience includes working in the Florida Office of Disability Determination, Tallahassee, Florida as a Medical Disability Examiner responsible for a caseload of Social Security Disability benefit claims.  He also worked with the Florida Division of Retirement as a Benefit Calculation Specialist.

Prior to that, Tony was a classroom teacher working with 6th and 7th grade Social Studies students at Fairview Middle School in Tallahassee, Florida and teaching Social Studies in Pasco County, Florida.
